About the Shark Dive

Description:

UNEXSO pioneered this thrilling dive and was the first to offer shark diving on Grand Bahama Island. Our staff is considered experts in shark behavior and conservation and will organize an up close and personal experience with the sharks at UNEXSO's Shark Junction. The expanded pre-dive briefing dispels the misconceptions about sharks, covers information about shark behavior and highlights interesting facts about these misunderstood creatures.

During the dive you'll observe these magnificent creatures as our experienced staff feeds and interacts with sharks of all sizes. You will come away from the experience with a new appreciation of these beautiful animals and understand the need for increased conservation measures.

Notes and FAQs:

Not advised for pregnant women. Tank(s) and weights are included. All participants must be certified divers. Dive sites are Captain's choice. Proof of certification must be presented at check-in. All divers must sign liability waivers and affirm they are fit to dive. Transportation from hotels, seaport or airport is the responsibility of the guest. Divers 12 – 14 years of age must have a participating or attending parent or guardian (observer fee applies for attending parent or guardian). Please check in a half-hour prior to departure time.
